The instant dialogue skip is done by pressing esc while a dialogue box is on screen, this will close any dialogue box immediately, though doing this on certain dialogue boxes will freeze you in place soft locking you.

The Fruit friends cutscene skip is done by rapidly tabbing in and out of the game this causes the cutscene to end abruptly.
