I need a new pc for speedrunning 3d era gta games and i want to stream that speedruns. Can you recomend me some older gen intel pc's with decent graphics that i dont have to pay a fortune to get??!!

Any decent PC made in the last half-decade will stream these games; however this forum is about discussing the speedruns of the games, not being tech support
