I saw a lot of talk about accidentally inputting cheats and i did see it happen to Josh once, but browsing through the cheat code list i can't find anything which would seemingly be activated when WASDing around. As far as i recall when it happened to Josh it was a weather cheat, or something equally annoyingly minor (though yes, i do realize the implications of different weather in a speedrun)
SA cheats are don't work in an intuitive way. The "health, armor, 250k" is triggered by both INEEDSOMEHELP and HESOYAM, for example (and a whole lot of other "random" character combinations). It has to do with "hashing". technical explanation (CTRL+F cheats)
The GTA:SA community has been deteriorating over a long period of time. Many top runners are not currently present on the leaderboard. This issue has not been seriously addressed yet, but an attempt will be made to remedy it now.
