I was wondering if i have to restart the game from scratch to do the license plate percent. Otherwise I was just going to use a cheat code and unlock all the races.

Also I think ir should be call “License Plate %” and not “All License Plates”

The license category was only an idea when I added all the catergories: basically you must complete every licenses after you unlock every races (normal and expert mode). If you use a code to unlock all races it's ok.

I'll change the name for this, thanks !
