This Is A Preload Character i made with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L and perk stats needed for the run

how to install and add to file:

1) install the file to your downloads folder

2) rename to any.GCD

3) go to Fallout > DATA > and drag file into DATA

4) Load Fallout and press New Game > Create Character > options > Load > any.GCD

Fallout Any% Preload Character

Rename the file to ENDANIM.FRM and copy it to YourFolderOfFallout1\data\art\intrface for fast animation in combat, identical as in official russian version

AutoHotkey macro to make your northwest speedclicks easier and less straining. While holding SHIFT, your mouse wheel is binded to left click. This is not against the rules: 1 action on hardware = 1 action in game.
