Does anyone know if Chulip's NTSC-J release is on the japanese ps3 psn store? im thinking about getting a ps3 to run the game, but i want to know if its possible to get the fastest version on it.

Chulip was not released digitally in Japan unfortunately. It's also likely that using a JP PS2 disc on a backwards compatible JP PS3 would have worse loads than a PS2, given the PS3s track record with back compat.

I'd imagine it probably would be, though I'm not 100% sure.
