Edit (6/9): Since Hype's submission was apparently not meant to have been without loads, I am just omitting mine so that it is just RTA, per usual.

Edit (6/8): Since Hype did time without loads, I manually timed my loading screens, three separate times, took the average, and subtracted it from the time with loads in order to make this a fair comparison. The only places where loads would happen is entering Cohen's (~2 seconds) and the transition screen leaving Cohen's (~10 seconds) which averaged to being around a 12 second time loss (11.94 seconds was my exact average).
