So while practicing, I found out that if you click on the right or left of the screen you can move around ( separated by the middle NOT THE BALL) However, While holding left or right AND clicking the appropriate side simultaneously , You can make the ball's Horizontal speed increase Drastically. This allows for some time saves on certain stages.. I've made a short video showing the Trick compared to normal movement, so watch it if you'd like to see how it works.
