Up until today time ended when the last cutscene starts. Since this happens after a fade to white it was unclear on which exact frame time ends. To make sure runs can be timed frame-perfectly, the rules have been changed:

• Time starts on the first frame the screen starts fading to white after selecting "Neues Spiel".
• Time ends on the first frame after the blue textbox has disappeared after defeating Barbara.

For the majority of runs, the new rules did not change the final time since timing is done in full seconds. Some runs are affected by this change however. In that case the time has been adjusted and a short message about the change has been added to the run's description.
