Here it is, 3 seconds was real. This was an absolutely hilarious run. The strafes themselves were really hard to hit at a reasonable sync. Also, in terms of route optimization, I had to squeeze as much as I could from a 4 seconds short map. I recently discovered that you can start while crouching so that you can release duck early and land at the checkpoint. It took several months to achieve this insane milestone. This is exactly what I wanted for a while. I am absolutely satisfied with this run.
