I was thinking that it would be a cool idea for 6/7 or 5/7 because beginners cant consistently get 7/7 notebooks.

I disagree. Speedrunning takes lots of practice, and if someone can't beat the game they're trying to speedrun, they shouldn't be speedrunning it right now.

You can speedrun 6/7, 5/7 or even 1/7 really, there just won’t be a leaderboard for it
