Added a new rule requiring the mouse cursor to be visible in all submitted runs.  Any verified runs without a visible mouse cursor will be grandfathered.  However, all future runs will require the mouse cursor to be visible.

If I cant configure the recording with the mouse? I didnt find anything good for this in OBS. 
You can even see the glitches on the record. I did not understand what to do about it.

When editing source properties, the is a flag to capture the mouse cursor, this flag is present in Game capture, Window capture, and Monitor Capture.  make sure the flag is checked and the mouse cursor should be present in the recording/stream.
