I was going to submit a run for Snick, but I apparently completely forgot that he doesn't exist in the characters. With that in mind, can Snick be it's own character with all levels? I know the reason might be because it's an unused character but I just wanna make sure it's that or a different reason.

Also I get that the unused argument has some fair weight, but y'all are putting up mr. orange and outlaw as available bossfights to speedrun so there's that.
