Played on Retroarch. I don't know how to change the difficulty. Not sure if it's something that's not possible because of the emulator (As in you need the pen or another feature to change it), or if it's just that there aren't any difficulties and it's just a leaderboard mistake. Either way, if there isn't any way of changing the difficulty I think the other categories should be deleted imo, as it is an obscure game from an obscure platform which makes it really unlikely to do a run on original hardware.
