Since we have to have our FPS capped at 60 FPS, I would think to verify any video for Any% you would have to have an FPS indicator somewhere onscreen, or is there some other way to verify that their FPS is capped at 60?

Yea, there is a few ways that this can happen.

Player A is Allowed to start with whatever items he wants and Player B(C-D) is allowed to start at whatever items he wants. (Including power/agility leves). This is because you can just run around and do whatever you want without finishing first assignment.

Player A is not allowed any items and can only get what is normally aquired before hitting the Co-Op checkpoint. Player B(C-D) is allowed to get whatever they want and be at any level.

Player A is not allowed any items and canonly get what is normally aquired before hitting co-op checkpoint same with player(s) B(C-D).

Though if we force people to not have anything extra then not sure how to verify that this happened.

I was thinking of getting into speedrunning this game, the full game which includes the exile DLC. Was unsure if I should create a new game for the exile DLC or just ask for a 'full game' (w/ DLC) category to be created here for Any% and NG+.

Since you can't start co-op until after first assignment are we allowed to do the item dupe before starting the run? What items are we allowed to start with?

How much ever XP you get, from what I can tell the satan meter requires you to hit level 15 to get the final mission to appear. The meter is directly tied into XP gain so the faster you can get XP the faster you can complete the game.

¤Edit¤ Just checked, and I forgot to save and already overwrote my autosave, so for my next run I will be sure to get the IGT. I will check with pso and see if he can put his down.

I thought timer was started when you select your character as you can skip the first cutscene? When is timer suppose to be started?
