Current Role: I would say IL runner
Reason why I want Mod Role: I like the Wave Race games as well as the speedrunning community around it I would love to be able to verify runs as well I'm also a Mod for the Outlast series so I have experience when it comes to looking at and verifying runs I'm passionate about Wave Race and I want to see the games and community thrive.
The European version of Outlast on console was never updated so tricks like door clip will work in that version I will make a guide soon so others can get it if they want.
No worries man, we'll change it to the correct platform. For future reference you can also go to your run click the 3 dots then choose edit run and it will bring up the submission screen where you put your time for the run and what platform you ran it on and resubmit.
Glitchless relies on really good movement I would recommend practicing each chapter like you are doing an IL run and also what falex said.
The best way to get around Chris is crouch at the wall close to the door then when he knocks the door down uncrouch and run out just don't be to close to the door or you'll clip through, the reason we do this is because when Chris knocks the door down he will jump past you when he enters the room and its also faster to get around him.
I looked at Nascar Thunder 2003 and it says emulators are banned but for this game (Nascar Thunder 2004) it has it as an option is emulator allowed? Im just asking just to make sure.
I was practicing some Any% offline and tried to do the trick where you go in then jump out of Dr. Wernicke's room before the door closes i dont know if you make it out by clipping through the door but i did manage to pull off the trick by just going in the room and jumping back out as quickly as possible while the door was closing behind me its a little more consistent for PC but it is possible for console it saves probably a second or two from running out of Wernicke's room to the white door that will open on the right.
