Oh lol I was literally going to try to submit the file, but my recording was flawed

1. What recording software should I use that records my timer(NinjaSnail's Timer cuz I don't get livesplit) and my gameplay? I was using windows game bar and realized it didn't get my timer.
2. Do the runs have to be published to youtube to get verified?
