Try :

1. From the Steam client, click LIBRARY.
2. Right-click the game and select Properties.
3. In the window that appears, select "BETAS".
4. Select "dx11_non-rt" from the pull-down menu. An access code is not required.
5. Close the window and let the Steam client update the game automatically.
6. Once the update is complete, you should be able to launch the game normally.
7. Please note that part of the option settings in the game will be reset due to the rollback process.
