Effective February 20th 2024, the rules for 100% completion of the map is being changed to only requiring the player to go through all checkpoints. Driving through all obstacles as intended is no longer required because of the subjective nature of what the "intended" way to beat the map is. Since there is no collection screen, percent complete tracking, or requirement to go through certain obstacles, we have to define what beating the map would be and in the case of 100%, any cut that can be done while still driving through each individual checkpoint is now allowed.
Nice run! Using Dominus or Breakout will make door skip easier. Octane/Fennec is too tall of a car.
IMO, what they are saying and how they are playing contradict each other. They are still trying to score, just trying to pass to a specific player. There seems to be no collusion between teams so I do not see what the issue is with accepting this run as long as a full replay file has been found and reviewed. My interpretation of the rules for this category extension run is that the player is allowed to stop the opponents from scoring and has no obligation of scoring themselves. They can rely on a teammate to score. Once again, as long as the opponents are not in on the match extension, I see no reason why this run cannot be accepted.
One thing I did not see addressed is entering the code and fixing the sticky wall path in the storage room. Would that also be required for 100%? There is a skip that can be preformed to access the next room that it is supposed to make inaccessible.
I would say that the above code and puzzle mentioned needs to be completed for 100%. (Also, I have noticed that the code can be different when you reset the map. I have had it be 7502 or 7702 for example.)
