If you don't respect rules then don't harass the board on what is considered categories or proper guidelines. If you don't go by the guidelines then don't submit it. Play it as fast as you want just do your own thing and don't get others involved in stupid shenanigans.

Just segment everything. Odds are, single segment runs are slower due to having mistakes. If you do single segment you just have to live with the fact you won't have the fastest time.

@CretinPatrol IGT deems Framrate switching segmented due to stopping and resetting the timer.

There is no % for the game. Calling it Any% is just a waste of space. And much more confusing.

When you save in 4-4. As soon as you finish saving, IGT continues. Then you pause and go to the menu getting rid of time between saving and pressing start to quit. That makes a brand new segment. You could run all the way to the start of the chapter if you wanted to after the save. Once you load, all of that time is erased up until the save. That's why this is deemed segmented. My guess, find a way to do it without saving and reloading the save. Other than that, it's segmented.

Cyber is on the leaderboard. Under S+Q. Those categories are the only categories that use RTA. Everything else uses IGT. If you used IGT to judge cybers runs. It would be declared segmented.

I think the categories should be as followed: Ng Easy, Ng Normal, Ng Pro, Ng+ Easy Ng+ Normal, Ng+ Pro. Sw, Sw+. Judged thru IGT instead of RTA due to having a more accurate timer that's built into the game.

I see 100% as in to beat the game to the max. In other words, collect all of the treasures and unlock everything.

You need to beat New Game Normal to unlock Pro, Special 1, Matilda, Chicago Typewriter and the Infinite Rocket Launcher.

You need to beat Pro to unlock the PRL.

You need to beat Assignment Ada to unlock the Chicago Typewriter in Separate Ways.

Beat Separate Ways to unlock Special 2 Costume.

Then you have to beat Mercenaries to unlock the Hand-cannon.

It can take 6-7 Hours to do this run.
