I've been planning on speedrunning this game for some while and I saw that the rules for this game don't allow cheats. Which might refer to the cheat system in the basement, if so, I honestly think said cheats be allowed but in a cheat% run.

Some of the cheats in the game can be helpful (infinite goo and invulnerability)
