Watching back this run i noticed that when i hit the ending red square it was 52.88 and not 53

I did a run on Stay Out The House about a month ago and i still haven't got accepted? I don't think the person who owns this run is even active anymore. https://www.speedrun.com/stay_out_of_the_house I was wondering if there was anyway i could apply for moderator to keep this run like alive.
