Are loading times included in runs where you have to switch between maps?
Tbh, there aren't enough resources for every run to be retimed, but we could start by just retiming runs in the top 10 or 20 in each main category. And slowly time the rest. Or just retime the set seed categories since loading times are more valuable due to the short time of the run. Basically what I'm saying is just to gradually retime everything.
The RTA timing should be changed to RTA - Loads. Faster PC = faster times. I personally don't have fast loading times, they can vary from a little under a second to 2 seconds. Unless there is a specific reason for this way of timing runs, it needs to be changed.
I really need help trying to get version 1.2.13.60. I don't see it in MCLauncher.
Since 2.2 is going to have a built-in fps bypass that can go all the way up to 1000 what will be the fps limit for speedrunning. Maybe there could even be a new category for any fps.
