We are aware that Before Truth Chapter 2 released on Saturday. However, none of us have time to redo the leaderboard. However, there will be a complete revamp to the leaderboard when we get the chance too.

• The "Full-Game" section will be re-done so that it actually will be just full game, not Chapter 1.
• Separate Chapters will be moved to the "Individual Levels" section, making it easy for us to separate the chapters.
• I will work on a new color scheme and other stuff.

Shouldn't timing rules just be submit whatever the time is after the final cutscene? As that it the time set from the creator. (This would make the current run on the board 9:01)

I know that chapter 3 is currently, broken, but I thought that it would be kinda funny to add a no battle axe category. The game is completable with a glitch though.

I have decided to add a 97% category for chapter 3 here as 100% would take over 50 minutes to complete. This Category does not require the Snail Bully badge collected after killing the giant snail in the Castle Garden.

It seems that I absolutely forgot to set rules for Chapter 3 running, shit shit shit.

Well, I have all timing rules set up for the new Chapter. As well as new categories to put up onto Category Extensions.

For Chapter 3 Rules:

No Major Glitches: Timer starts on first movement INSIDE the pit of tarnished, which means that you can spend as much time as you want in the first cutscene and in the tutorial area. Use of wall clips/screen freezing/walking on walls isn't allowed. Timer ends when you kill the little girl

Any%: Timer starts on first movement inside the pit of tarnished. Use of screen freezing is not allowed Timer ends when you kill the little girl

100%: Timer starts on first movement inside the pit of tarnished. Damagless is NOT required Use of wall clips/screen freezing/walking on walls isn't allowed Timer ends when you kill the little girl.

136%: All Badges (Including Insane) All Weapons Both Chapters You must talk to every single npc. Even it is to disappear later, if this isn't done the run is rejected.

197%: All Badges All Weapons All Unique Kills All Screens (Like getting caught by the giant eye) Talking to all NPC's

200%: All Badges All Weapons Both Chapters Kill everything in the chapter (Like Undertale Genocide) All Screens All NPC's

I was wondering what mods are using to retime runs.

I retimed 1st and 2nd for Death% and both were off by a lot.

1st was 5s 500ms and 2nd was 5s 920ms. So I was wondering what mods use and why they were so off compared to leaderboard time/yt frame counter time.

About 3 days ago I went through a wave of runs, and I had to reject a lot of them because they didn't follow rules. So I'm going to clear up some confusion about what is expected for future runners.

Video Proof:

1. Video cannot be a linked file as I cannot click on it. Please make it into a youtube video or a twitch highlight.
2. Please have video proof show the entire run, and don't say your runs ends when the video is cut off, it will be rejected.

Timers:

1. When submitting, please have a timer somewhere in your run so it's easier to retime.
2. Timer does end the frame cassandra is killed, not the frame cassandra is dead on the ground.

Hey Everyone,

It seems that some people are confused when it comes to 100%, I've seen runs that are just both chapters, some runs where it isn't 100%, and many more.

In Chapter 1 you need to collect: -All Weapons, NO FRYING PAN -Use of Frying Pan is not allowed -As Expected it cannot be glitched -You must complete Insane Mode, you don't need to collect everything again, just beat insane mode

In Chapter 2 you need: -All Weapons, No Frying Pan (Yes it's in chapter 2 I've seen many people ask about it) -Use of Frying Pan is not allowed -All Badges -Glitchless

You Might want to keep all your lives unless your doing 2P in 100% Chapter 2 because you will need to reset to get back up to the main corrupted after the waffleo's achievement.

Hello Everyone.

It seems that some people (that are in the discord) are confused about new timing rules in Chapter 1. If you haven't heard, the timing ends the frame you enter the final cutscene (The one where you get dropped)

I just thought it would be useful towards newer community members who don't know how to do some of the glitches (Ex. The axe glitch in the dungeon)

I was thinking about some possibly category extensions that can be added to the leaderboard. (Ex. nene% or Smoke%)

nene% showcase: (One rule and it's that nene must be fully dead.)

Smoke% showcase:

In my most honest opinion, I think it's a 50/50 chance. There could be a chance where one of the mods starts to verify pending runs, but on the other side of the coin, none of them will verify a run. Based on bloxman's activity, I don't think there will be another verifier for the game.
