Do I have to have a timer for my Speedrun? I don't really want to download an app if I don't need to. The rules don't explicitly say but I would just like to know

If I post a run, would it get rejected for being laggy on the loading screen? Or could I possibly edit that clip to be faster so the mods don't have to wait 3 minutes for it to finish?
