Texas, USAHi! I was planning to speedrun achievements for this game as part of a charity stream and I was curious about two things.

Can you use a Pre Existing World for running in "set seed" category or does it have to be a fresh world?

Do you have to obtain the Passing Time achievement to count for all achievements? (If not, all achievements in a way would be optimized minimally to ~33 hours)
Do we use RTA timing or do we have to record the footage and retime it with editing?

Me personally, both of you guys are correct in different reasons in aspects. In fact, I think there should be some category like an NG+, where you have to follow the rules of a real-life bus driver.
This is something we do need to clarify though, how the rules work. I knew when I was first running the game, rules weren't very clear and I had to ask multiple questions left and right.
On the other hand, the original two mods @j_hoodhere and @Mars02 have had this SR page way longer than me. I think there are a lot more things we can do with this game that we are definitely not taking advantage of.
I can answer the second question. You want to start on the first frame of the first "press any key" screen when you start the first route. You want to split/stop on the first frame that the door's open for the last stop.
Like the part where it tallies your score. Where it says "Driving penalties" and "Total Passengers" is that something we can skip
Is that part of core game or is that allowed?
Hey fellow bus drivers! I just learned today that if you honk your horn ("h" key on your keyboard by default), then it will rush the passengers on and off the bus. Give it a shot on your next run, it will be worth it
There is already a game page for it, but no categories. I would say talk to the mod who owns the page.
For now, I just added a background image, hopefully, that looks good, may change some more stuff along the way

Hey @Mars02, I was looking at your speedrun video for Tier 1 and it looks like you ran a red light in that run. Isn't that an illegal run?
@Mars02 I also do not know how to upload split files to make it a lot easier for other drivers who are running this. That's another reason why I just included the mission titles
@Mars02 I had the titles there for the people who needed/wanted the mission names instead of "Mission 1" or "Mission 17". Just to make it look a bit more "official" so to speak.

If this occurs, restart the run (Not just route). -No skipping stops. A skip counts as leaving riders at stop, you do not have to follow the timetable. If this occurs, restart the run (Not just route).

The titles are for the people who use something like LiveSplit to keep your split times. I do not know how to upload a "split" file just yet. This is just for people who want to make their own "split machines." Some are marked as "No Laws", these are the missions where normal road rules do not apply.
