Can somebody please teach me how to use this? Also how do you upload game recordings from your PC?

Hi, My name is Code5898. I am planning to release a new game under the ROBLOX section.

My account must be seven days old though. But can anybody teach me how to use this and upload videos? P.S I cant use youtube so I'm talking about GAME RECORDINGS. thanks.
