I'm rusty now, so I not sure about what I'm about to say, but If want to improve time I think you could send the last attack earlier, like before you get the last archer buff. And about the situation you had at the final wave, there's no much to do, you done right using your crown to get time and do not loose the run.
First thing. Great run. You have really good execution, and with some more runs you can beats anyone on LB. Pretty great use of the restart gltich. I know it for some months but didnt tried a run using it.

You should do it on a new file just for precaution.
Try to cut your vod better. The run only starts at 4:20, it makes the verification a little more difficult. GL on next runs :) .
