You need to save at the exact spot as in the video and walk the exact same path. Also it is important to stand still and then hit start to save (not buffering the menu). Just try to replicate everything the exact same as shown as in the videos. Otherwise try and save again.

Did you go to the Mart before it? Did you try to resave and then try again?
