So recently I was running the game but then I realised something; so currently we get back to the rocket ship when we're done as fast as possible except if we're far away you can press the green flag except you don't even need to watch the animation. I was looking at the rules and this isn't there so I just want to clarify if we can press the green flag to go to the next planet.
In the autosplitter version, yes, but not the original if you're using a separate timer. If this glitch was to be allowed, then all runs using this glitch would have to be done in the original because the remix skips the intro cutscene.
Oh yes true, but anyway in the original game there is the whole story, it makes no sense...
but you can remove the setting to reset after flag so this will pain and suffering for the person who wants to get sub 8
The timer still resets, it's the progress that doesn't. I could change that, but either way this should be banned because the actual inputs for the autosplitter would be different from the original, because in the original you would have to deal with the intro.
