I put in a lot of attempts on this today. This is probably about as good as I get tonight.

Looking at the timer again, I seem to lose control at pretty much exactly when it ticks over to 15:25 and I seem to have started it at the right time at the beginning.

Done on an Everdrive N8 on AV Famicom.
