For some reason on the Canada Level 1 Region you can do either Eastern or Western Canada. So currently although the leaderboards don't show it (unless you change the filter to show obsolete runs). Both the Eastern and Western Canada records are 8 seconds

Along with my run already on the leaderboard, both eastern and western are down to 4 seconds now.

hmm 8 second WR may be possible

Would require perfect RNG (all of west coast pops up before all of the east coast pops up or vice versa) but it is theoretically possible.
