So, I've definitely noticed that platform matters, as pc runs a lot slower and laggier, and perhaps a better pc would run better. This run is fairly optimized, though a few tweaks could be made, and as previously mentioned, I believe a ps2 would get a faster time. Until I get a capture card for my ps2, or somebody beats this record, I'm happy to leave it with the sub hour.
