Issues with lag
I've noticed that randomly whenever I try to run the game, the frame rate is locked at significantly lower, resulting in lower speeds. I have no clue why this is going on. Does anyone have a solution? Any tips would be helpful! :D
(This is the reason I had to delete my original file that was glitched with faster cutscene skips)
I heard one guy say switching users help. You know? On windows? There is users function?
