Description
This took over a month because frame 67 was awful to get after 8-C. My 8-C consistency was pretty good throughout the grind with only a few bad days but I'm glad to say that I got it. This also beats the current Oregon Sum of Best record so that's cool. This will probably be my last 8-4 I.L. PB for a while unless I get crazy consistent at frame 66 which isn't happening any time soon.

Hey Folks!
Just wanted to announce a new change to timing methods for both 11x categories. The new timing standards are as follows:
- Timing starts from power-on/reset (or game select if you're using one of the combo cartridges).
- Timing ends on grabbing the axe on the 11th run.
