Hi! I have a few questions:
1. Do you have to start from a completely fresh game or can you start with a previously beat game with all of the boards unlocked?
2. All through the C, B, and A I know you can change boards but can you change snowboarders between world tours?

Hey thank you for your questions.

1. For the World Tour Challenge 100% category, you can start from a new or a completed game, meaning you can access any boards/ cheat codes and characters which you have unlocked, however when starting the run you must select new game after you select the grade. I did also recently add a World Tour Challenge 100% New Game category, which you must start from a completely new game file with no previous save data.

2. Yes you can change characters/ boards and shot wherever you want however the character can only be changed when selecting a new grade as this is not possible unless you select 'new game' when starting the grade (sorry if this is a little confusing but if/when you are familiar with the game you will see what I mean)

For 100% do you have to also unlock all of the characters, boards, and cheats or does 100% mean just getting through the world tour? Would that make it an any%?

Yeah you're right! I will change the current run to up there Any% and will change the rules for 100% to unlocking everything (boards/characters/stages and cheat codes). It will be a very long run I think but who doesn't love a challenge XD Thank you for pointing that out!
