The official submitted video includes some dead runs only so it could be verified that the difficulty was set to Hard since my PB attempt was loaded from a "Restart Level" rather than from the Main Menu. Submitted run begins at about 2:34 in submitted video but a LRT only version will be linked below. I was mistaken at where the timing should end for this level but retimed LRT and RTA based on when the loading screen showed up for PIB. In my submitted video I said something about thinking I beat 2nd place but that's not the case with the updated timing but this is still a respectable 3rd if verified.

I saw that Foreign Lands on Hard difficulty only had two runs submitted and since it's a relatively short level I decided to give it a try. I used the strat learned from Kiimon and/or piecesofcandy's runs where you destroy the towers before entering the courtyard. Everything else is mostly boilerplate Foreign Lands except I did not do the pillar skip up to the second floor in the containment area that many other runners do.
