Just like any other 2009 flash game, the physics are really weird in this game. I once managed to clip into the right wall on level 7 and it completed the level automatically. Sadly I choked the rest of the run after that. This means that if there is a way to clip constantly into the wall, most of the levels could be skipped really fast. For now, that skip on level 7 could save 5-10 seconds.
