New start and end times in effect
The starting and ending times have been polled in the Rain World discord and when the "new game" circle fills up is the new start time, while when "loading..." fades in, is the end time.
All posted/ fastest times from all runner have been changed appropriately (barring v1.01 times).

Speedrun Mod and Timer Changes 02/06/2024 (Copy from Downpour Leaderboards)
- As an update from the Discord we would like to state that we don't want to use mod presets while it is still in Beta state
- Additionally we are ok with the "No More Tinnitus" Mod and the "Sharpener" Mod in runs
