F3: Push Mudkip to the Mudtile (very quick!)
F4: Kite an Abra to Litwick
F5: Push Mankey into a Chestnut Trap

F7: Wingull Amber obtains the Key with
What you want to do in this order:

F1: Identify Clefairy

F2: Identify Munchlax, do not talk to him yet, get Apple, give it to Munchlax

Identify Sandshrew, give him the Move Book and show him Growth, pick up the Key and leave the room

Enter the leftmost room

Talk to the Sandshrew, show her Tail Whip, pick up the Key and leave the room

Go downstairs, enter the left room, give the Sandslash a Pecha Berry, pick up the Key and leave

Go upstairs and go through the gates by using the keys you found

Finish the dungeon by going through the gates using the keys you found
Little Dream:
1F: Disable moves on Amber, wait with AB until Hitmonchan walks up to you and learn Rock Smash. Use Rock Smash to build a path to the stairs (also pick up the Aether)
2F: You can keep resetting this floor until you get to spawn close to the stairs
3F: You can get the Rev and Oran for safety, identify the right Figment and get Flamethrower
Small Optimization: Destroy the wall, switch places with Amber, learn Flamethrower diagonally and skip killing Charizard entirely! (if you want to be safe you can tell Amber to Wait There)
4F:

Let Amber go ahead by pushing her so you can identify immediately!

Learn Pounce and kill Tangela with Flamethrower

DDDD you can attempt a RNG warp by pouncing down-right! (its also the only place I have found where it is possible)
5F: Look for Key, free Amber, then identify the Figment. If you see a Figment picking up the key reset the floor

Once the area gets brighter, input up three times

Once the save is completed restart and delete the save, click on New Game!
