RTA Livesplit Autosplitter for DS Pac-Man World 3, has load removal (compare against game time). Run it through Bizhawk's Lua console and it should work. Only tested with Bizhawk 2.9.1, but it could work on other emulators like DeSmuME with minimal changes.

DS Autosplitter

This has all levels played, so you can choose from any to practice. It was made with/for BizHawk, but if you use another emulator or real hardware, change the .SaveRAM to .sav. Also works on the EU version.

DS Finished Save

This tool lets you choose which practice saves you want on each of the 3 slots and automatically copies them. It also includes practice saves for every relevant save point in the run.
