I can probably feasibly gun for 25:xx in Intro% with some good luck at the last two encounters do y'all think it can get any lower?

I would say 25 maybe 24 if you get super lucky, but unless something big changes in the run I don't think it will get any lower.

I had finished a 23:03 but forgot to record lol. Sub 23 for sure doable with great luck. Aiming any lower would make me cry lol
