This is my WR Attempt for the game PaRappa the Rapper in Easy Mode. I don't know why the WR is so low, the loading screens are very fast and I skip cutscenes pretty well. Who knows how they did it?

Are you using psxfin emulator? Also, you may want to play on NTSC-U. EUR/PAL versions are generally slower, even on emu.
