Not sure if it's known or not. But you can force bosses to use some actions just by pressing number keys. The less skills your daughter have, the more possible actions you can force boss to do. For example, you can force egg to cast hatching immidiately after it spawns (which basically skips egg phase if you can survive the hatch). For that daughter should have less than 6 active skills (move included).

I don't know if i understand how to replicate the glitch but i could try making some runs with it, i will be back here to tell if i get any better results. congrats on the find, this is game changing.
