It's pretty simple once you know it. After entering the portal and after the credits roll, load your game and you'll spawn in the Darkmoon Faire. If when clicking "Load" it doesn't say the save is in the DF just refresh the page and try again.

PS: You might want to save before entering the portal as it may not save sometimes.
