This IL can be a bit hard. Claymores can spawn at the start, thanks to the revenge system, and the target can be killed by the soldiers if you're not that lucky.

What I did at 00:37 was: Picked up the target; Aim; After about ~3 seconds, pressed the "run" button (shift). I don't remember if OCM did the same thing, he aimed but not dashed.
