In order to save as much time as possible, the newest Last Floor route uses a chair found in MC's apartment to prop surf outside the building in order to get to a balcony with a teleporter that leads to the second floor. This teleporter is used since there appears to be no way to enter the first or second floor through balconies or windows since they are all closed/locked. Once you get to the second floor there will be a 'boss' fight with a mega vacuum cleaner. This boss must be defeated in order to advance in the run, and therefore a weapon is needed. The fastest way to get a weapon is to trigger the hair drier cut scene which requires you to talk to your friend down the hall and obtain the key to the stairwell. You need not fight the hair drier as there is nothing preventing the player from returning their apartment to begin chair skip once they have acquired the broom to fight the boss with. Once the player has returned to their apartment, you must move the chair from the office to the kitchen and then to the balcony. From the balcony, the player must prop surf using the chair to the balcony with the teleporter (it's on the left half of the middle column of apartments if you are looking at the building from the outside). From there, the player goes into the teleporter and plays through the game normally from there.

Numbered Guide:

1. Move into kitchen and place tea kettle onto stove top.
2. Move to front door and be pre-jumping into it to go as fast as possible once door opens
3. Proceed to end of hallway to talk to your friend and left-click through the dialogue.
4. Once dialogue finishes grab key and go to the stairwell.
5. Proceed down 1 floor and go to the left once you've exited the stairs all the way to the last door on the left hand side of the hall (it will be slightly ajar).
6. Hair drier cut scene will trigger and once it is finished grab the broom and return to your apartment and proceed to the office/ bedroom. (do not fight hair drier)
7. Move your office chair from the bedroom to the kitchen and then to the balcony.
8. Prop surf the chair down to the teleporter balcony and enter the teleporter.
9. Once you've entered the teleporter grab the two health packs in front of you and use them. (Damage is mostly unavoidable in the fight and there can be random damage with the tea kettles on the floor below so better safe than sorry.)
10. Proceed to the end of the hall way and kill the boss.
11. Once the door opens close to where the boss spawned, flip the middle most switch and return to the stairwell and proceed down 1 floor.
12. An alien and tea kettles will spawn, avoid these to avoid time loss (Alien has no collisions so mostly avoid tea kettles)
13. Proceed into the elevator lobby and crouch jump directly out the window
14. Do a 180 degree spin in mid air (still crouching) and jump through the window entering the [Last Floor].
15. From here you just have to move to the end of the building and flip the power switch
16. Once you do this, you can proceed to the entrance of the building which is now open and is all white.
17. Entering the white space will trigger the cutscene (for the bad ending in this case) which is 'stop time' and the end of the run.
