This is the most efficient spot and most braindead Spot (only works with the Crystal Breaker Gadget!). The moment the Energy shows as "pending" on your bar you can pause and restart the level without losing anything. You can also kill the enemies in the first room, but in my opinion it's not as efficient as just restarting
