do always need a timer for when doing a run? or is it optional?

Timer is optional, and impossible to put in if you're not running on a PC

VR speedruns are really hard to record and time for some people, so just make sure you get a full run video (with audio), do your best to time it once you're done, and if you did it incorrectly I will always double check

as much as I wish us q2 users had an in-game timer like the cool kids of pcvr have, we have to make do which isn't a problem unless you're dying to know what time you got lmao
