Made use of the strat used in my previous run. Discovered by accident that if you get a bomb on the cliff on the other side of the mansion the guard by the biplane will go up the elevator in an attempt to investigate. This is faster than waiting for the scripted worker to ride it up which saves time. Definitely possible to do better than 1:10 with this strat if you pop the bomb on the cliff earlier than I did (I waited as if you pop it too early it is too high on the cliff for the guard by the plane to hear), but as you can't see the bomb it's pretty much all RNG. Might also be possible to get Silent Assassin with a variation of this.
